Our family is made up of three generations of millers and today the tradition continues using modern technologies that the market offers, especially regarding food safety. After cereal grain processing, our most important assets are our customers: professionals and consumers. We are consumers and we seek every day with simplicity to improve the quality of our flours following the needs of our customers, chasing the next challenge and trying to respect the noble work of farmers who throughout history have been the creators of biodiversity.
Our desire today is to find wholemeal and semi-wholemeal flours on the shelves of shops and supermarkets. Also, the variety is very important to us! We appreciate all 7 cereals that come from organic crops, in order to use them for bread, pizza and pastry.
